As a courtesy to other clients please ensure your mobile phone is switched to silent whilst in the salon.
It is the clients responsibility to inform us before every treatment if they are suffering from any illness, are on any medication or if they are or could be pregnant. Some treatments such as tinting require a patch test to be carried out prior to initial treatment. It is the clients responsibility to inform the Salon if such a test has not been carried out.
CHILDREN IN THE SALON
The salon is not a suitable environment for young children. We do endeavour to maintain a relaxed atmosphere in the salon at all times. In the interests of safety and also your own and other clients enjoyment may we respectfully request that children are not brought into the salon. We do appreciate that childcare can be difficult during the day but we are open till late most evenings.

CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENTS
As a courtesy we would be grateful if you would let us have 24 hours notice of appointment cancellation whenever possible. We reserve the right to make a cancellation charge to clients simply not showing up for their appointment.
The Orangery does not accept responsibility for clients possessions whilst on the premises. Each client is responsible for his or her own personal property.
